The all-new Kia Rondo MPV, which made its North American premiere at the Canadian International Auto Show, has been designed and engineered with the needs of the modern family very much in mind.

Contemporary styling has been employed both inside and out to create a distinctive design that is sure to be a hit among the consumers in the USA and Canada!

When you first see inside the 2014 Kia Rondo, the first thing that jumps out is the panoramic sunroof, quickly followed by the available high-grade leather seating.

The number of passenger and cargo options seems limitless, as the 2nd and 3rd row seating can be folded completely flat.

The Rondo’s dashboard is laid out with the driver very much in mind. There is also an impressive collection of luxury and comfort features that are in place to ensure that everyone in the car has the best driving experience possible.

The Rondo is definitely family focused, but there is also a real onus on driver comfort, with features like a tilt and telescopic adjustable steering wheel, a drivers seat that can be height adjusted, not to mention the inclusion of an acceleration pedal that is akin to that found on an organ.

This is employed to mimic the natural movements the foot makes when using the pedal.

The Canadian-specs 2014 Kia Rondo comes with a laundry list of standard features that includes air conditioning, 2nd row heating and cooling air vents, power windows, heated front seats, a six speaker audio system and key-less entry with power locks.

Drivers can also take advantage of other features such as heated steering wheel, heated front and second row seating, cooled ventilated driver seat, automatic dual-zone climate control, 10-way power driver’s seat with an extendable cushion optimizing thigh support, SuperVision instrument cluster, large TFT LCD screen and family-friendly manual integrated side window blinds.

I saw this at the Canadian International Auto, but unfortunately it was behind a glass fence so you could not sit inside or check out the interior very well. This was also the case of the 2014 Forte sedan that was sitting next to it.
